The 7th International OTARG Congress was held in Livingstone in Zambia in 2011. The theme was "Occupational Therapy for a Developing World"
The congress focused on using the Millennium Development Goals as a framework to explore four focus areas related to namely:
- Connecting policies, systems and services, including monitoring implementation
- Strengthening regional collaboration
- Expanding community based practice
- Meeting challenges
