The 13th OTARG Congress in Arusha

The 13th Occupational Therapy Africa Regional Group (OTARG) Congress successfully took place in Arusha, Tanzania, from 24 to 27 June 2025, with pre-congress workshops held on 23 June.

Themed “Taking Stock: A Celebration of the Past, Present, and Future Practice of Occupational Therapy in Africa”, the congress brought together occupational therapists, researchers, educators and students from across the continent.

Key features of the event included keynote speeches, panel discussions and collaborative presentations on the latest research and innovations in African occupational therapy.
