This notice explains how information submitted through the OTARG website is handled.
Information we receive
When you use a contact or newsletter form, OTARG may receive your name, email address, country, organisation and the message you provide. Basic technical logs may also be generated by the website hosting service for security and maintenance.
How information is used
- To respond to enquiries and event questions.
- To process newsletter subscription requests.
- To protect the website from spam, misuse and security threats.
- To maintain records needed for OTARG administration.
Sharing and retention
OTARG does not sell personal information. Information may be accessed by authorised OTARG office bearers or service providers where necessary to operate the website and respond to requests. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for these purposes or required by applicable obligations.
Your choices
You may ask OTARG to correct or delete information you submitted, or to remove your email from newsletter communications, by contacting secretary@otarg.org.
